ABOUT BITSHIELD

Security is a design problem before it's a product problem.

We're an IT infrastructure and cybersecurity provider built around one idea: a breach in one part of your business shouldn't be able to reach every other part. That shapes how we design networks, how we choose partners, and how we train your people.

WHAT WE DO

BitShield Solutions works across four connected areas: the IT infrastructure your business runs on, the cybersecurity that protects it, the disaster recovery that gets you back up when something goes wrong, and the training that keeps your people from being the way in.

We don't treat these as separate products. A firewall is only as useful as the network it's protecting; a backup is only as useful as the recovery plan behind it. We design and implement all four together, so they actually work as a system.

HOW WE WORK

We partner with established technology providers rather than building everything ourselves — Cisco and Fortinet for networking, Lenovo and Pure Storage for infrastructure, Checkpoint for network and cloud security, Kaspersky for endpoint and detection, Veeam for backup and recovery, and Microsoft and Avaya for collaboration.

That means you get proven, supported technology, backed by engineers who implement it, administer it, and are still there after go-live.

HOW WE APPROACH SECURITY

01

Contain, don't just defend

Networks are segmented by design, so a compromise in one zone can't move freely into the next.

02

Assume the endpoint fails

Devices get compromised. We build endpoint security, encryption and identity controls assuming that will happen.

03

Plan for the bad day

Backups, replication and DR orchestration exist so a disaster is a recovery process, not a crisis.

04

Train the people, not just the systems

Most breaches start with a person, not a firewall. Awareness training is part of the security stack, not an afterthought.
